Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our swim lesson program. Please review our refund policy: 1. Refund Eligibility: – Cancel 14+ days before the start date for a 75% refund. – No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the start date. 2. Modification Option: – For cancellations within 14 days due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us to discuss rescheduling options based on availability. 3. Refund Process: – Submit a written cancellation request to holidaypool.inc@gmail.com with your full name, contact info, lesson details (date, time, session), and cancellation reason. – Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the request. 4. Exceptions: – Refunds for extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, unforeseen personal situations) may be considered with supporting documentation. 5. Non-Transferable: – Lesson fees and refunds are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by management. 6.
